These terms apply to the use of this website and to packages booked with A.R Tours & Travels. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking; a booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and the required payment has been received.
Package information
Each package poster lists the travel dates, hotels, room-sharing options, prices and inclusions offered at the time of publishing. We make every effort to keep this information accurate, but availability and prices can change. The details confirmed to you at the time of booking apply.
Prices and payments
- Prices are per person in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment amounts and deadlines are communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices may change because of airline fares, exchange rates, government fees or taxes outside our control. We will inform you before any change applies to your booking.
Visas and documents
You are responsible for providing valid travel documents — including a passport valid for the period required by the destination — and accurate information. Visas are issued at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities; we cannot guarantee approval.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation charges depend on the costs already committed to airlines, hotels and other providers, and are explained at the time of booking. If circumstances beyond our control (for example government regulations, airline changes or safety concerns) require changes to your itinerary, we will offer the closest available alternative.
Travel conduct and health
Travellers must follow the laws and regulations of the countries visited and the instructions of group leaders. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs when booking so that we can plan suitable arrangements.
Responsibility
We act as an organiser and work with airlines, hotels and transport providers, whose own terms also apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for delays, losses or changes caused by these providers or by events outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
